需要擷取網頁圖片時，往往會遇到一個很難克服的問題，用擷圖軟體頂多抓全螢幕，沒辦法抓到超出螢幕的部分，只能分成多次抓取再手動拼起來，不但耗時費工，圖片的完整性也不足，但是只要使用URL2Jpeg這個免費的軟體就可以輕鬆辦到，它擁有許多不錯的附加功能，對經常需要抓取網頁的您來說還頗實用。URL2Jpeg有繁體中文介面，操作起來很簡單，一般的使用者很輕易的就能上手。
只要在【導覽】功能頁-【網址列】輸入網址-再按【執行】-與【抓取】四個步驟，就能輕鬆抓取全網頁。
擷取的圖片能存為jpeg、png與bmp三種格式。
擷取的圖片能複製到剪貼簿，方便運用。
如果不需要擷取全網頁，也能選擇部份擷取。
URL2JPEG 使用Microsoft .NET C#所編寫，需要安裝Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0才能正常使用。
